DELIVERY
If ordering on our websites by Paypal at the time of placing your order, Your goods will be dispatched on the following working day on receipt & confirmation of payment. Payment for goods by cheque will not be dispatched until all funds are cleared through our bank. Deliveries can be made to any address in the UK . Next day delivery is available for most items at extra cost. Please contact us for details.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS
These guarantees apply to UK only and are in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within the stated guarantee or have been supplied faulty, you will be offered the choice of a replacement product or a full refund. Any unused product may be returned within 7 days for a refund excluding original postage costs and no refund will be given for the cost of postage and packing for the return of any goods. We do ask that any unused product be returned in its original packaging. We will not be liable for the replacement of any goods under any guarantee if they have been damaged or misused other than in the application which they were intended. A Re-stocking fee may be charged for goods returned which we have supplied correctly.

we make every effort to have stock available for all products illustrated on this web site but products may be withdrawn at any time. Because of continuous product development, products supplied may differ slightly from those illustrated on our site. Should you not be satisfied with any substitute we may send you, we will provide a full refund, including delivery charge if appropriate, upon receipt of the returned goods. Colours illustrated are subject to the normal limitations of electronic presentation. External measurements and capacities quoted are accurate to the manufacturer specifications.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. No order will be contractually binding until you have been notified of its acceptance. Most items are delivered within 2 working days, although some may take upto 5 working days. Please be aware of this before ordering. If in doubt, call us for an estimated delivery date.

 

PRICING and PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) . Payment can be made at the time of ordering by Paypal. Alternatively, you may pay by cheque or invoice.(see "Delivery" above). All accounts with us must be settled within 30 days of invoice date.
